<p> Olga Kokshagina is an Associate Professor of innovation and entrepreneurship at EDHEC Business School in France and an associate researcher at Monash University in Australia. She is a member of the EDHEC Foresight, Innovation and Transformation Chair and Management in Innovative Health Chair Research Associate. Her research focuses on the areas of strategic management of design, open and radical innovation, entrepreneurship, and the role of digital technologies in transforming the nature of work. She holds a PhD in management science from Mines Paris PSL Research University. Olga has delivered training and consulted a variety of organizations such as Danone, Airbus, Society Generale, Schneider Electric, Technip FMC, Accenture and STMicroelectronics in Europe and Australia. She is a member of the French Digital Council (CNNUM) and co-author of ‘The Radical Innovation Playbook’ and ‘Envisioning the Future of Learning for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship’ published by De Gruyter. </p>
<p> <br>Allen Alexander is a senior researcher who adopts an impact-orientated and practical perspective to his academic studies. He has led many research projects focused on innovation and entrepreneurship and delivered educational and business support projects that have supported SMEs and MNEs in the UK, Europe and North America. Employed as an Associate Professor at the University of Exeter Business School, his research is published in some of the world's leading peer-reviewed innovation journals. He has also consulted and reviewed for the UK's Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, the European Commission H2020 programme and the European Institute for Innovation and Technology as well as being a member of Innovate UK's Innovation Caucus. He is a recipient of the ISPIM Global Innovation Fellowship and Peter Pribilla-Stiftung Leading Innovation Fellowship and previously, chair of the board of directors of the Exeter Science Park and Innovation Centre's operating company. His PhD was focused on knowledge as a source of innovation and his most recent empirical studies explore circular innovations and the role that they can play in the transition to a circular economy. </p>
